LAMBARI TREK

LAMBARI Trek is Moderate trek with a unique significance. It is not in the GREAT HIMALAYAN NATIONAL PARK but there is no better view of the Park than the view from Lambari.

Lambari stands like a guard of the higher Himalayas. From the top you can see the whole Himalayan ranges from the Dhauladhar range to Kinnaur stunning. It is protected area but the biodiversity of Lambari is exceptional. It even shelters the western Tragopan. Lambari is inhabited. There are few villages on its sides but the villagers consider their mountain like a temple. It is the abode of the most powerful and merciful deities.

In case of delay because of weather conditions we are prepared to cover unusually for the members of Events the costs for one night lodging in Lukla and one night in Hotel at Kathmandu. All further costs will be on personal charge of the travelers.

Day 1- Reporting at Sajwar Base camp

All trekkers & Nature lovers welcome to Our Campsite (9500 feet) is located at SAJWAR VILLAGE in a very beautiful TIRTHAN VALLEY. This magnificent valley is the capital of TROUT Fish. Our campsite is surrounded by full of Nature & high mountain. Because there are two forest view from our new campsite. First is JALODA FOREST & second is KANSAR FOREST. Relax today in fresh air at Base camp, After fresh n up will gives information about Valley and Route, Evening we will arrange a small acclimatization trek at Forest Jaloda to acclimatize in Himachal Pradesh,

Day 2- Base camp to Serolsar lake

After wholesome of breakfast we proceed to Serolsar Lake trek in which we enjoy the hiking trek from the mountain forest. The trail that goes from the base camp from to the lake is raise trek & trek goes through a dense forest, along with a beautiful shinning water stream coming from high Mountains to our camp site.

At some distance we can see large caves formed naturally in large stones. The caves are so attractive that you can’t live without spending few minutes there. Local people call DWAR to the caves. There are many beautiful birds that are often seen drinking water from the stream. As soon as the camp distance is not more but high, you can reach the Serolsar Lake during the time of lunch. After our trail towards SEROLSAR LAKE. Once we reach can see the majestic view of the holy lake, the first look of the lake was simply mind blowing, the lake which is surrounded by hills & high pine trees, the spreading of lake is as wide as a football ground. During snowy time the lake become totally covered by ice. Located among the tall kharshoo trees, the beautiful lake view is not less than heaven. Here we can see temple of Goddess 'BUDHI NAGIN' Mata. Budhi Nagin is the mother of 60 Nag Devatas in Himachal Pradesh.

Day 3-Serolsar lake to Lakkad nala

After having our breakfast we proceed for LAKKAD NALA. Serolsar to Lakkad Nala trek is tough & gradual vertical climb. the route is fulfil with place of breathtaking scenery & splendid nature, it also covered with complete fog having due in high proportionate margin, which gives us pleasure of walk with flying clouds . Just by admiring nature with clouds, winds &high altitude flowers one can spend hours alone. There are no further water sources in path of Lakkad Nala, so please carry as much as more water with you and also use it sufficiently. During meal process or consumption due to availability of food flavours in atmosphere various Himalayan tahr, crow, vulture and other verities for birds are visited on over of our camp. Our camp will be held on top most place of Lakkad nala, from here you can see other views of Kinnaur, Shimla Mountains & other views of valley.

Day 4-Lakkad Nala to Zhanj nala

After having our breakfast we proceed for ZHANJ NALA. This trek route is passes through tree line & straight with too lengthy path. This trek is easier than last one but then also creates excitements and thrill among the trekkers for being so near to nature. While after further in trek we suddenly bends on overlook of lush green meadow strewed with small rocks. Sometime you may see cows &sheep’s are grazing fearless together. In this trek route we will introduced with journey, which is mostly having up and down hills but it does includes some long flat stretches to allow catch your breath. Today’s kitchen is belongs to shepherds where they live with domestic sheep’s. We will also cover LAMBARI (10,826 feet) top which quite adventurous. This route of Lambari is a bit steep along the way and many green fields, snow patches with some rare and unique flowers will be visible to you which will leave you tiredness with pleasing ambiance. We will also process to visit at JOGNI MATA temple.

Day 5-Zhanj nala toSajwar base camp

After having our breakfast we proceed for SAJWAR BASECAMP. This route is completely flat to downwards by having snow cover sleepy land so please beware of it. Here we have to pass through apple orchards, farms, villages with their culture & temples. On the way heavy tress are fallen owing to snow fall & wind flow, so we have to cross over through this huge trees to complete our trek path. Our camp will be held at amazing location from which you will have a visibility of snow cover great Himalayan nation Park Mountain.

Day 6-Sajwar base camp

After breakfast participants depart from sweet memories & amazing adventurous experience.
